A Senior Project Manager  will be responsible for estimating and managing projects.We specialize in public works and private work. Coordinate the project schedule and produce monthly progress reports while maintaining the integrity of the projects to ensure that the production and completion schedules are being met. Responsibilities for the each individual projects will vary dependant of the project complexity. Required skills include business development, csutomer relatioship, subcontractor/vendor relations, priortize time management ,goal setting, leadership, and effective performance skills.

• Construction Document Expertise (Start up to Closing)
• Cost Negotiations with Material Suppliers, Vendors Etc.
•  Preconstruction Operations 
• Management of  Multiple Projects 
• Analitical skills -problem solving solutions

• Work together within Estimating department for bid prepardeness
• Profficient in Change Orders
• Understanding Contracts and Agreements
• Excellent Schedule Coordinating Skills
• Coordinate and communicate with field operations , Crews, Subs, Equipment, Trucking , Materials . 
• Progress Billing, Pay App, Sub Pay Estimates, SOV , AIA Forms, DBE Forms 
• Collections skills
• Daily communications with other Project managers, Field superintendents, Estimators and President, CFO. 
• Instill Ethical Values with in the Orginazation .
• Constant review of progress
• Not limited to additional assignments
