Landscape Estimator

Amerine Systems, Inc. is a pump, irrigation, and landscape construction company in Oakdale, California. We are seeking an experienced self-motivated commercial landscape estimator for an immediate opening. The Landscape Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for responding to requests for proposals, the formal bid process, managing project budgets, tracking project timelines, and project material. This is an opportunity to join a 45-year-old well established company. The ideal Estimator/Project Manager will have at least 5 years of construction bidding experience, including union, prevailing wage, and private projects.

Successful candidate will possess demonstrated experience in but not limited to:
• Budget creation/management
• O&Ms, submittals, schedules of values
• Knowledge of plant & irrigation materials
• Change orders
• Field walks and meetings
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
