Assistant to Director of Operations

Precision Stairs, Inc, a well established, reputable company of high quality and integrity is seeking an Assistant to Director of Operations. This high paced, entry level position is a unique opportunity for a hardworking, loyal individual to work side by side with our Director of operations in a variety of departments, while accomplishing multiple tasks daily. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

* Scheduling: schedule layout

*Material handling: logistics, inventory, ordering and receiving.

*Fielding phone calls and emails: Must be able to handle high volume phone calls and emails which require quick response times and professionalism.

*Data entry: must have basic computer skills.

*Manual labor: must be able to do some heavy lifting, operate a forklift (training available), help in the shop when needed to prepare the Stair Installer packs, which requires use of table saw and power tools, etc.

*Occasional driving to job sites to deliver a needed tool or marital: must have a valid driver’s license.
